PROCESSING TIME

Each order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING

Each order will be shipped using the shipping method the customer has chosen at checkout. Below are estimated time frames for each shipping method:

  • First Class Mail: 1-5 business days
  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

We can not guarantee that your order will be delivered according to the time frames listed above. We are not responsible for any costs associated with packages that have an incorrect delivery address.

If multiple orders are placed within 48 hours and have the same shipping address, we will try our best to combine the orders into one shipment and refund excess shipping costs. This is a best practice but is not a guarantee. 

For all orders shipped internationally, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay required duties and import fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, all products are FINAL SALE and therefore, not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

We try our best to please our customers and are happy to fix any issues with your order if it arrives damaged.
