You'll approve the fragrance selection and any label or packaging details before production begins. Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.

Each item is handcrafted in small batches with care and precision. We coordinate shipping once production is complete and keep you updated throughout.
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. Minimum quantities apply and details are outlined in each package or questionnaire.
